Payments are due no later than 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date. Late payments must include an additional $20.
REFERRAL DISCOUNTS: This is a NEW (possibly temporary) feature--referral discounts are available to folks who've attended any previous retreat. Here's how it works:
-You must register for the retreat before the deadline.
-You must pay in full before the deadline.
-The person you refer must also register for the retreat before the deadline AND in their registration email--let us know you've referred them AND which retreat you previously attended.
-The person you refer must pay in full before the deadline.
-You will receive a $20 discount via CASH at the retreat; you may only receive your discount if the referred attendee does not cancel their participation.
-You may claim only ONE referral discount per retreat.
NOTE: If you've signed up but need to cancel, you must do so 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date in order to receive a full refund. If you've paid and need to cancel after the 2 week cancellation deadline, only half your payment ($90) will be refunded.
NOTE: Attendees must commit to being present for the FULL retreat (2 nights and 2 days). We've noticed that partial participation is disruptive to the creative process of other attendees.
